Murg Kalimiri is a rich chicken dish where chicken pieces are marinated in curd & crushed black pepper and cooked in onion and coriander paste. <br /> <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />800 gms Chicken <br />100 gms Curd (Dahi) <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric <br />1 tbsp crushed Black Pepper <br />Salt to taste <br />4 tbsp Oil <br />Water <br /> <br />For Green Gravy Paste: <br />25 Garlic cloves <br />1/2 inch Ginger <br />1 Onion <br />Coriander Leaves <br /> <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Marinate the chicken with curd, turmeric powder, crushed black pepper and salt. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add the green paste and saute well. <br />- Add crushed black pepper and again mix well. <br />- Add the marinated chicken. Mix everything well. <br />- Add little water and mix well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let the chicken cook for 15 minutes. <br />- Delicious Chicken Kali Mirch is ready to be served.
